AnkleBreaker Health is a modular healthcare SaaS platform engineered for modern medical practices that need reliable, secure, and intuitive digital infrastructure. The platform delivers a comprehensive web application alongside a native mobile app, covering the full clinical workflow: patient management, appointment scheduling, medical records, prescriptions, and practice analytics.

The architecture is built for healthcare-grade reliability and compliance. Next.js powers the web application with server-side rendering for fast load times and SEO, while Expo delivers a true native mobile experience on iOS and Android from a shared codebase. The entire stack is deployed on AWS via SST (Serverless Stack), providing auto-scaling infrastructure that meets the stringent uptime and data protection requirements of healthcare environments.

The modular design means practices can adopt the capabilities they need — from a solo practitioner who only needs scheduling and records, to a multi-location clinic that requires full practice management with role-based access, inter-office communication, and consolidated reporting. Every module is designed for interoperability, ensuring patient data flows seamlessly across the platform.
