Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
At AnkleBreaker Consulting, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- To respond to your inquiries or fulfill your requests.
- To provide you with information about our services.
- To improve our website and services.
- To administer and protect our business and this website.
3. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
4. Cookies and Tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not recognise you from one visit to the next, so there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Some case studies include YouTube videos. Each one stays a still image until you press play; the player then loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to it.
5. Hosting and Third-Party Services
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Paris (eu-west-3) and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront network. To serve pages and keep the service secure, these systems process technical data such as your IP address and the pages you request.
When you use the contact form, your message is emailed to us through Amazon Simple Email Service. If that service is unavailable, the form falls back to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to us by email.
Our website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.
6. Your Legal Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction of your personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data.
- Object to processing of your personal data.
- Request restriction of processing your personal data.
