YumParty

YumParty is a highly successful crypto gaming platform built specifically for Telegram, combining engaging gameplay with Play-to-Earn mechanics. The game achieved remarkable traction with over 1 million active users and multiple seasonal updates that continuously evolved the gameplay experience, making it one of the top-performing Telegram gaming apps in the crypto space.

On the engineering side, YumParty required solving significant technical challenges: delivering a full Unity WebGL game within Telegram's embedded browser constraints, building a real-time matchmaking system that scales elastically with on-demand server provisioning, and integrating dual blockchain support across TON and Solana for NFT trading and token rewards. The character system features four distinct archetypes — Influencer, Collector, Trader, and Gamer — each with unique progression paths and earning mechanics.

The final season, "Yum's Bar," pushed the platform further by introducing a multiplayer social deduction experience inspired by Liar's Bar, demonstrating the team's ability to rapidly prototype and ship entirely new game modes within an existing live-service framework.
