Kickdom is a multiplayer real-time PvP football mobile game live on iOS and Android, featuring tycoon-style island management and blockchain-powered ownership of player items and clubs as NFTs on the SKALE network. Delivered from concept to App Store and Google Play launch in under 12 weeks, Kickdom demonstrates what a focused senior engineering team achieves at speed without sacrificing quality.

Every aspect was developed entirely in-house — original music composition, sound design, UI/UX, game mechanics, real-time networking infrastructure, and a fully automated CI/CD pipeline deploying directly to both stores. The PvP system handles sub-100ms latency football matches with authoritative server logic, while the tycoon layer lets players build and manage island kingdoms between competitive sessions.

SKALE blockchain integration provides gas-free NFT minting and trading, letting players truly own their clubs and items without the friction typically associated with Web3 gaming. Seasonal rankings, leaderboards, and tournaments sustain competitive engagement and long-term retention.
